Use the correct account
The submitted Microsoft email must be able to accept a family invitation. Eligibility and family-group restrictions are controlled by Microsoft.
Keep credentials private
FamilyPro only needs your Microsoft email. Never provide your password, verification code, recovery code, or other login credentials.

How to activate your membership
Choose the plan
Select the 12-month Microsoft 365 Family member plan and complete payment.
Submit your Microsoft email
Enter the valid email address of the Microsoft account that will accept the invitation. Never provide a password or verification code.
Wait for processing
The family member invitation will be processed within 24 hours after payment.
Accept the invitation
Sign in to the submitted Microsoft account, open the invitation, and follow Microsoft's instructions to join the family group.
Get help if needed
If no invitation arrives within 24 hours or Microsoft reports an eligibility issue, contact FamilyPro support with your order number.
