Welcome to the FamilyPro platform! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you use this platform. By using the Platform, you agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Platform.

FamilyPro is operated by ZingStone HongKong Limited, the registered legal entity responsible for providing the platform's consumer-facing digital services.

1. Acceptance of Service Terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement carefully before using the services provided by FamilyPro. Your use of the services will be regarded as acceptance of all terms of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by them.
2. User Eligibility
Only individuals or organizations that meet one of the following conditions and can independently bear legal responsibility may apply to become FamilyPro users:
- Individuals who are 18 years of age or older;
- If you are under 18 years old, you must use this platform under the consent and guidance of your parents or legal guardians.
3. Account
When you register as a FamilyPro user, you will be required to provide registration information and set a username and password. You can only use the platform services through the account name and password you set. Therefore, please keep your username and password secure and ensure you log out correctly at the end of each session. Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure may remain your responsibility, except where FamilyPro is responsible under applicable law.
4. Provision of User Information and Privacy Protection
- You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal data to FamilyPro when accessing, using, or applying for FamilyPro services.
- You understand and agree that FamilyPro has the right to send you notification messages through the email, mobile phone, and other contact methods you provide.
- Your information will be protected by the privacy policy and relevant national laws. FamilyPro will not disclose this information externally unless authorized by you, except in the following cases:
- When disclosure is required by law;
- As required by FamilyPro's service terms and software license agreement;
- When investigation by legally established authorities is conducted according to law;
- To protect the legitimate interests of FamilyPro;
- When disclosed to you or third parties with your consent;
- When you are involved in violating relevant laws, regulations, or FamilyPro service agreements or related rules.
5. Use of the Platform/FamilyPro Services
5.1 License to Use
FamilyPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform and FamilyPro services within the scope necessary under this Agreement. You may not use the platform and/or FamilyPro services for any commercial purposes without explicit permission.
5.2 Intellectual Property and Restrictions
The platform, FamilyPro services, and all information contained or provided therein ("FamilyPro Platform/Services") are the property of FamilyPro. You agree not to allow any third party to:
- Copy, distribute, recreate, or disseminate FamilyPro Platform/Services unless such action is a normal part of using the FamilyPro Platform/Services or is necessary for backup and operational security as specified in this Agreement or by law;
- Rent, lease, re-license, loan, translate, merge, adapt, modify, or alter the FamilyPro Platform/Services;
- Disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the FamilyPro Platform/Services;
- Access or use any part of the platform or its servers without authorization, particularly unauthorized servers or databases;
- Use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper operation of the FamilyPro Platform/Services or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code to the platform;
- Use the FamilyPro Platform/Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the FamilyPro system and security, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the services.
5.3 Virtual Family Subscription
Upon registering with FamilyPro, you become a member of the FamilyPro virtual family and will be entitled to use the FamilyPro virtual family subscription services.
5.4 Device Usage Specifications
To ensure a quality experience for all users, you must ensure that no more than one device is logged in at any time and that streaming is limited to one device at a time.
5.5 Subscription Service Changes
Due to adjustments in official subscription service policies, some subscription categories may no longer support shared accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support. We will continue to provide independent subscription services.
5.6 Digital Products, Delivery, and Third-Party Services
FamilyPro provides digital products and services that may include account access, subscription benefits, top-ups, usage quotas, digital credentials, or other online service rights. The product page, checkout information, delivery instructions, refund policy, and any product-specific notices form part of the transaction terms for your order.
Some services are provided through or depend on third-party platforms. Their rules, technical availability, account policies, pricing, and feature changes may affect the service. FamilyPro will provide reasonable support for issues within its control, including replacement, extension, refund review, or other appropriate remedies where applicable, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Provision, Modification, and Termination of Services
FamilyPro is committed to providing services with reasonable care and continuity. We may modify, suspend, or interrupt certain services where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, third-party platform changes, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other operational reasons. Where a paid order is materially affected by an issue within FamilyPro's control, we will review the matter and provide reasonable support or remedies under the applicable product terms, refund policy, and applicable law.
- If you object to any proposed service terms or are dissatisfied with modifications to later terms or with FamilyPro services, you have the following recourse:
- Discontinue using FamilyPro's network services;
- Notify FamilyPro to stop the service for that user.
- Upon termination of the service, your right to use the network services ceases immediately. From that point, the user has no rights, and FamilyPro has no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or uncompleted services to the user or any third party.
7. User Management
You must adhere to the following:
- Use network services for lawful purposes only;
- Do not interfere with or disrupt network services;
- Comply with all network protocols, regulations, procedures, and practices involved in using the network services.
8. Consumer Protection
8.1 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right, remedy, warranty, or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with mandatory consumer protection requirements, that mandatory requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Where a consumer transaction is affected by non-delivery, duplicate payment, a FamilyPro-controlled platform issue, or another matter covered by the refund policy, FamilyPro will review the request based on the order status, delivery records, product type, usage records, the applicable product page, and applicable law.
9. Warranties, Service Availability, and Disclaimers
9.1 Service Commitment
FamilyPro commits to providing FamilyPro services with reasonable care and skill. We aim to offer high-quality and satisfactory services to users.
9.2 Accuracy of Information
The information provided to you through the FamilyPro platform or services may come from third parties. FamilyPro will use reasonable efforts to keep platform information clear and up to date, but third-party information, prices, availability, features, and service rules may change outside our control.
9.3 Continuity of Service and Correction of Defects
Regarding the use of the FamilyPro platform or services, and subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, you understand that:
- The functions of the platform or services may not meet every individual need completely;
- The operation of the platform may be affected by maintenance, network issues, security needs, payment channels, or third-party platform changes;
- We will use reasonable efforts to address platform issues that are within our control;
- Before accessing the platform, you are responsible for implementing necessary security and antivirus measures on your computer or mobile device.
9.4 Acceptance of Risk
You understand and agree that:
- General guidance or suggestions provided through FamilyPro do not replace the product page, checkout information, order details, support confirmation, or applicable product-specific terms;
- Transactions, notifications, and confirmations on the platform may depend on telecommunications networks, payment channels, service providers, and other relevant parties. FamilyPro will use reasonable efforts to provide order and service notices through available platform channels;
- The platform or services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security needs, payment channel issues, third-party platform changes, or other reasons beyond FamilyPro's control. If an issue within FamilyPro's control materially affects a paid order, we will review it under the applicable product terms and refund policy.
9.5 Limitation of Liability as Permitted by Law
Within the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyPro limits its liability in the following situations:
- Nature of Service Provision: Except as expressly stated on the product page, in this Agreement, in the refund policy, or as required by applicable law, the FamilyPro platform and related information are provided on an "as available" basis and may be affected by technical, payment, network, or third-party platform factors.
- Exemption from Certain Liabilities: To the extent permitted by applicable law, FamilyPro is not liable for losses caused by your misuse of the services, inaccurate information provided by you, third-party platform actions outside our control, force majeure, or other circumstances not caused by FamilyPro's breach of these terms.
- Limitation on Indirect Damages: To the extent permitted by applicable law, FamilyPro's liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, production, or revenue, is limited, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. FamilyPro Rights and Suspension
10.1 Exercise of Rights
Without affecting any other rights FamilyPro may have under this Agreement or by law, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, FamilyPro may take reasonable action where necessary to protect the platform, other users, payment security, third-party service access, or legal compliance, including:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the platform and/or FamilyPro services;
- Remove any information you have submitted, uploaded, or transmitted through the platform;
- Suspend or restrict any or all activities and/or transactions related to your account;
- Withhold, reverse, adjust, or review credits, refunds, benefits, or transactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted. These measures may be based on the following circumstances:
- FamilyPro has reasonable grounds to believe that you have not complied with a sales contract, product rule, payment requirement, or account-sharing rule;
- FamilyPro has reason to believe that your behavior may interfere with or hinder other users' use of the platform or FamilyPro services;
- You have been found to violate any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, or FamilyPro has reasonable grounds to suspect that you may have engaged in any such misconduct.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination Terms
Without prejudicing any other rights FamilyPro may have under this Agreement or by law, FamilyPro may immediately terminate this Agreement by written notice if:
- You violate any terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you fail to rectify such breach within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice from FamilyPro.
11.2 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- All rights granted to you under this Agreement will terminate immediately;
- You must immediately cease all activities authorized by this Agreement;
- You must destroy or return all FamilyPro confidential information you hold, as required by FamilyPro, and prove to FamilyPro that you have taken such action.
12. Amendment of Terms
12.1 Notification of Changes
FamilyPro may amend this Agreement from time to time, including to reflect service changes, product changes, legal requirements, payment requirements, or operational needs. Unless a different effective date is stated or required by law, changes will take effect when posted on the platform or otherwise notified to users. Material changes that affect an existing paid order will be handled in accordance with the applicable product terms, refund policy, and applicable law.
12.2 Acceptance or Rejection of Changes
If you do not agree to any such changes, deletions, modifications, or additions, you must immediately stop using the platform and/or FamilyPro services and notify FamilyPro. Unless otherwise agreed by FamilyPro, this Agreement is considered terminated upon your notification to FamilyPro.
12.3 Change or Termination of Services
FamilyPro may change or terminate aspects or features of the platform and/or services where reasonably necessary, including changes to access methods, availability, device rules, service content, or third-party platform support. Where such changes materially affect an active paid order and the issue is within FamilyPro's control, we will review the matter and provide reasonable support or remedies under the applicable product terms and refund policy.
12.4 Modification of the Agreement
Any modification or change to this Agreement is invalid and not binding unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
13. Notices
13.1 Methods of Notification
All notices under this Agreement should be in writing and can be effectively delivered in the following ways: If personally delivered, it is considered delivered on the next business day after delivery; If sent by registered mail or courier, it is considered delivered five (5) days after dispatch; If sent by email, it is considered delivered immediately after sending, depending on the time the email is sent; If sent by SMS, it is considered delivered immediately after the SMS is successfully sent. FamilyPro will contact you via the email address you have provided or by posting notices on the platform.
13.2 Other Terms of Notice
Unless otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement, required by law, or stated in the relevant notice, notices are considered effective when dispatched or posted. If you need to send a notice to FamilyPro, it should be done using the email address provided by FamilyPro or through the contact methods available on the platform.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, the FamilyPro platform, and consumer transactions made through FamilyPro are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
You and ZingStone HongKong Limited agree that any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the platform, or consumer transactions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
