FamilyPro is a community-driven platform that makes premium AI services more accessible through a collaborative ecosystem. Users who have legitimately obtained AI software subscriptions can voluntarily share access with other community participants, helping reduce the individual cost of premium AI products.
Who We Are
FamilyPro provides the technology, infrastructure, and support that enable user-to-user resource sharing. We connect resource providers with users seeking access while also offering a collection of online AI tools and services.
Our role: FamilyPro does not own, create, procure, or directly sell AI software accounts or subscriptions. All subscription resources available through the community originate from users who state that they have lawfully obtained them and voluntarily choose to share access through the platform.

Trust, Safety, and Transparency
Clear resource descriptions, platform rules, transaction records, and refund policies help participants understand the applicable terms before confirming a transaction. Resource providers are responsible for ensuring that the resources they share were lawfully obtained and that their activity complies with applicable law and relevant third-party terms.
Based on the relevant risk, FamilyPro may review provider identity, purchase records, subscription or licence details, authorization information, and other evidence of lawful acquisition and authority. We may also monitor unusual platform activity, review customer and rights-holder complaints, conduct additional verification, and restrict or remove resources or accounts that present legal, contractual, security, or compliance concerns.
These safeguards are intended to reduce risk but do not guarantee that a provider owns underlying third-party intellectual property or that every third-party service permits access sharing. Unless a formal partnership is expressly identified, FamilyPro is not an official reseller, agent, or representative of the relevant third-party service provider. We continue to improve platform safeguards, secure payment processing, and support workflows. If a transaction issue arises, our support team can review platform records, assist participants, and facilitate dispute resolution in accordance with the applicable policies.
